原In French Jacky is a very common nickname for the male name Jacques (Jacob/James). Jacqui could be another transcription of Jacky or Jackie but it's more used for Jacqueline, the female form.

原This spelling actually makes more sense if your name is spelled Jacqueline. But I don't really like Jacqui or Jacqueline. Too harsh and just has too many elements. I mean a Ja- sound, a qui, and an eline. Too much!
