原Maria Soledad Rodríguez Belli, known by her stage name Sol Rodriguez, is an Argentinian actress, singer, dancer and model, of Spanish and Italian descent. She is best known for the role of Mecha in the Nickelodeon Latin America's series Grachi. Rodríguez has released several songs from the soundtrack of Grachi, sung along with other members of the cast.

原I've been checking over my previous comments and I haven't been able to find such a Marian title. However I did discover that in the Cantar de Mio Cid (a Spanish epic poem written sometime between 1195-1207) one of El Cid's daughters is called Sol. The other is called Elvira. This could have inspired some of the usage of Sol in contemporary Spain, though it could just be used as a nature name in reference to the sun, similar to Luna ("moon").
