Tilly is unheard of in my nation, but currently, Lili is popular there, along with Lilla and Lotti, so I think Tilly is not too far in terms of style and pronunciation than Lili, Lilla and Lotti. I don't like deviations, but I actually like a boy's name which is again, not used in my country and for me, my children's name have to match in style.
