原It is actually a Georgian form of Katherine, just like Ekaterine, not a form of Katayun for 100%. I'm actually Georgian and I know for sure. They're kinda spelt the same and that's why, but when people choose this name they think they are choosing a form of Kathrine, actually I have 5 or 6 relatives with this name.

The actual Georgian form of Katherine is: Ekaterine, written in Georgian as ეკატერინე (literally Ek'at'erine).
As for Ketevan, that name is actually of Persian origin - as many Georgian names are. It is ultimately derived from Katayun. See the entries for Katayun and Ketevan in the Submitted Names Database.
